I had ordered 2 senior citizen Adult diapers in the first week of march from Seniority.in.. subsequently there was a lock down. however in these two months despite repeated requests/ calls/ whatsapp texts I have not heard from even one customer service person from Seniority .in. I also understand that the country is under lock-down. However essential services like medical accessories and medicines have been delivered throughout this time. What is even more upsetting is that no one from the company has bothered even to stay in touch with us and update us on the status of the consignment or attempted to get it delivered or do any kind of follow up. These websites need to be answerable for customer trauma- more so when they are catering to vulnerable group like helpless Senior citizens.

Recently bought 2 products..both are damaged and not durable at all..the air filling inlet has some adhesive marks that shows you knew it is defective still you couriered it. Heel crack got torn after 1st time use for few minutes. You should own responsibility for inferior quality of the products and must refund in our paytm or bank account.

I have placed order for an anchor stitch kit about 10 days back and have received it yet. does it take so long to ship a regular product? I have written many emails for which there is no response ever and tried reaching the helpline numbers 8291051868 or 829151869 but the answering machine answers and hung up many times. I do not even get any status messages about my product. This is an irresponsible way of running a firm and sheer negligence on part of the staff.
